Using the service
Reshomie provides resume editing, document export, and application organization tools. By using a hosted installation, you agree to use it lawfully and follow the terms published by its operator. If you self-host, you are responsible for operating your installation and meeting the requirements that apply to you.
Your account
Sign in using an email address you control. Possession of a valid sign-in link grants access to the associated account, so keep your inbox and links private. Use the same email to return to your saved workspace. A different email creates a separate account; changing or merging account email addresses is not currently a self-service feature.
Your content remains yours
You retain your rights to the content you create or upload. You grant the deployment operator the limited permission needed to store, process, render, back up, and export that content in order to provide the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your resume, your authority to upload material, and any information you record about other people.
Templates and third-party material
Templates are starting points containing illustrative sample content. Replace it with your own accurate experience before applying. Third-party template and font licenses remain applicable; attribution is available on the Credits & licenses page. Reshomie does not imply endorsement by template authors or organizations mentioned in examples.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to access another account, bypass ownership checks or rate limits, upload malicious material, disrupt the service, impersonate others, or use the service to violate another person’s rights. The operator may restrict abusive use to protect the service and its users.
Document checks and job-search outcomes
Document checks are deterministic heuristics. They do not guarantee acceptance by an applicant tracking system, accessibility of every exported document, an interview, or employment. Review your documents and application details before relying on them. Visual PDF and editable Word exports serve different purposes and can have different layouts.
Availability and keeping copies
The software and templates are provided as available. The operator’s hosting, maintenance, email delivery, and backup arrangements determine availability. Keep independent copies of important documents. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, no promise is made that the service will be uninterrupted or suitable for every use.
Ending use and updates
You can stop using the service and delete your account in Settings. Copies you have shared with employers or others remain outside this application. Operators should publish material changes to these terms and provide any notices required for their deployment. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
This installation
This installation has not published a support mailbox. For hosted-service questions, use the contact channel provided by the person or organization that gave you access. For a self-hosted installation, the deployment owner manages infrastructure and account requests.
Account export, deletion, and sign-out are available in Settings.
