Necessary sign-in cookies
Auth.js uses session, authentication-security, and callback cookies. The database session is configured for up to 30 days; authentication helper cookies may have shorter lifetimes. Session cookies are HttpOnly and SameSite Lax, and use Secure cookies when the public application URL uses HTTPS. You can sign out to end your current session.
Draft recovery in IndexedDB
The browser stores a recovery copy of resume drafts under keys beginning with folio:. This allows unsynced changes to survive a refresh and supports conflict recovery. These entries can include resume content and remain on the device until replaced, removed by account deletion on that device, or cleared using browser site-data controls.
Appearance and the storage notice
The reshomie-theme preference cookie stores light, dark, or system for up to one year so public pages and sign-in remember your appearance choice. Local storage contains folio:storage-notice after you dismiss the public notice. It records the notice version, not your resume, email address, or browsing history. This is a preference for this browser only.
Optional tracking
The application as shipped does not include advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or optional tracking cookies. There are no optional categories to enable here. If a deployment operator adds optional tracking, it must explain that processing and provide any required choices.
Managing storage
You can sign out in Settings and clear cookies and site data in your browser. Clearing site data signs you out and may permanently remove unsynced local changes. Synchronized account content remains in the server database unless you delete it or your account. Export important work before clearing device recovery.
This installation
This installation has not published a support mailbox. For hosted-service questions, use the contact channel provided by the person or organization that gave you access. For a self-hosted installation, the deployment owner manages infrastructure and account requests.
Account export, deletion, and sign-out are available in Settings.
