I did not receive my sign-in link
In a development Docker installation, open http://localhost:8025 to find messages in Mailpit. They are not delivered to your personal inbox. In a hosted production installation, check your inbox and spam folder and contact the operator if delivery is failing. Links expire after ten minutes and can only be used once.
Where did my work go?
Use the same email address as before. Documents are associated with the account for that email. Signing out does not delete server-saved content. A different email opens a different account. Unsynced recovery exists only in the browser where you made those changes.
I am not used to canvas editors
Choose Guided at the top of the editor. Edit the labeled content fields, add sections, and choose fonts or spacing in Style & layout. Templates use automatic page flow. Switch to Canvas only when you want to position individual elements.
My document does not fit
In Guided mode with automatic layout, sections move to another page as content grows. Try adjusting body size, margins, or section spacing while keeping the result readable. Long paragraphs and lists continue onto later pages. Explicit page breaks are available per section. Remove individual entries with their own controls. Documents support up to ten pages and 500 elements; shorten content if those limits are reached. In a custom canvas layout, use the document checks and page tools to resolve overflow.
I changed something I want to undo
Use the editor’s Undo button or Ctrl/Cmd Z outside a text field. Version history lets you preview and restore saved checkpoints. Before replacing a document with a template, Reshomie saves a complete checkpoint. Submitted versions remain independent of the current draft.
Export or synchronization failed
Keep the editor open until synchronization succeeds, or use the recovery options if a newer server draft exists. Export failures do not modify the document. A self-hosted operator should check the worker, Redis, storage, and SMTP services. Download links expire, but the saved version can be exported again.
Export or delete my data
Open Settings to download your account data as JSON or delete the account. Individual resumes can be exported as PDF or Word. A resume with submitted versions cannot be deleted until its linked applications are removed, preserving the application record.
This installation
This installation has not published a support mailbox. For hosted-service questions, use the contact channel provided by the person or organization that gave you access. For a self-hosted installation, the deployment owner manages infrastructure and account requests.
Account export, deletion, and sign-out are available in Settings.
