A useful workspace.
One step at a time.
Start with the document. Keep the context. Come back tomorrow with a clear view of where things stand.
Start with a layout, not a questionnaire.
Choose an editable template for your role, including Jake’s Resume. Give your resume a name and choose A4 or Letter. Your document opens immediately.
Explore templatesWrite in Guided. Refine on the canvas.
Guided editing puts your content beside a live document preview. Add or reorder sections, choose fonts, adjust margins, and let sections flow to another page. Switch to Canvas for individual element positioning and rich text.
Review, preserve, and export.
Deterministic checks flag missing contact details, small text, overlaps, and reading-order issues. Save versions as you go. Export a visual PDF, simplified ATS PDF, or editable Word document.
Save the opportunity. Remember the submission.
Add a role and save its job description. When you mark it Applied, choose the exact resume version you sent. Later edits to the draft leave that submitted snapshot unchanged.
Keep the follow-through together.
Record conversations and interviews, keep contact details, make notes, and set in-app reminders. Board and table views give you different ways to see your applications.
Come back to your work.
Sign in with the same email to return to the same account. Your data is stored in the application’s database and object storage. Draft recovery also keeps unsynced changes on the device where you made them.
Tools that get out of the way.
Open the editor’s action search with Ctrl/Cmd K. Find tools, export, switch modes, or open version history without memorizing every shortcut. Press ? on the canvas for the full reference.
